Water-miscible coolants often suffer from
high contamination by slide way oils, which leads to the destabilisation of
the emulsions, reduction in the metalworking performance, smoke formation
and the appearance of black stains and residues on the slideways. The
ULTRAGU1DE slideway oils have been specially developed to achieve ha high
separation capacity from the soluble oils for our ULTRA SQL and CUTTINSOL
product ranges. This means that there is rapid separation from the
contaminating oil without affecting the performance and use full life of the
coolant, and no formation of black stains or residues on the slideways.
